An English and Japanese (with kana printed alongside Kanji) bilingual journal provides information for foreigners on the works of the City Office, municipal facilities and happenings, etc..

(1) Issued four times a year, specifically in April, July, October and January.
(2) Distributed at Alien Registration Counter, Civic Affairs Section, 2nd Floor of the Hachioji City Office; College Community & Culture Section, 5th Floor of the Hachioji City Office; each branch office of Civic Affairs Division; each community center; some other municipal facilities; part of post offices; Hachioji International Exchange corner (koko) ,11F of Hachioji Square Building;and universities in Hachioji.
